At Mobile West RV Resort, we’re dedicated to making your stay with us exceptional. Whether you’re going to stay with us a while or you’re just passing through, we're sure you'll love it here. Our 160 lots sit inside a 20-acre property full of beautiful hardwood trees and scenic views. Here you can enjoy scenic views in our nestled, cozy corner of Theodore. Enjoy your stay with us!

Our Lots and Cabins

We offer 173 lots, including 30 amp and 50 amp lots. Or, if you want to live a life of luxury, choose one of our lakeside cabin rentals. Both our lots and our cabins include power, cable TV, sewer, water, and garbage. Our rates are always affordable. Come visit us today!

Rates and Policies

Lot Rental Rates

Rates include all utilities and cable TV. Rates are the same for both 30 & 50 amp lots. Adjusted Rates begin September 1st. 

  • Daily: $45.00 (Back In Style) | $50.00 (Pull Thru Style) 
  • Weekly: $225.00 (Back In Style) | $250.00 (Pull Thru Style) 
  • Monthly: $500.00 30amp & 50amp

Lakeside Cabin Rates

Rates include all utilities and cable TV.

  • New Cabins: $250/wk ($250 Deposit) -
  • Old Cabins: $225/wk ($225 Deposit)
 

Policies

  • Our quiet time is from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  • The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the resort
  • We are pet-friendly, but all pets must be kept on a leash when they are outside. Please pick up after your pet.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult while at the lake.
  • Children should be at their cabins or RVs at dusk or accompanied by an adult.
  • Consume alcohol only at your campsite. Public drunkenness or illegal drug use will result in immediate eviction.
  • Outside refrigerators, freezers, or similar structures are not allowed.
  • We do not allow any clotheslines of any type. Please use our laundry facilities instead. 
  • Firearms, fireworks, and any explosives are strictly prohibited.
